Sample CBA – Community Benefits Agreement between New Flyer of America Inc. and Coalition Partners, Greater Birmingham Ministries and Jobs to Move America

Signed in 2022, the community benefits agreement represents New Flyer’s first multi-state agreement to support workers and local communities surrounding several manufacturing facilities. The agreement includes commitments for 45 percent of new hires and 20 percent of promotions at each facility to target individuals from historically disadvantaged groups that have had limited access to good jobs in American manufacturing (which includes people of color, women, and veterans).
