In this letter, we address Senate Minority Leader Schumer, Senate Minority Leader Jeffries, Committee on Appropriations Vice Chair Rep. Murray, and Committee on Appropriations Ranking Member Rep. DeLauro. As they continue funding bill negotiations to avoid a government shutdown by March 14th, we write in support of their efforts to include language mandating that the Trump administration spend funding as appropriated by Congress.
