Rachel Lucine (she/her) is the West Coast Regional Organizer for Offshore Wind at BGA. In this role, she coordinates regional participation in offshore wind initiatives, including policy development and organizing strategies that promote high-road labor standards and ensure robust environmental protections for all offshore wind projects.

Before joining BGA, Rachel served as the Ocean Conservation Campaign Associate at Environment California, where she led ocean protection campaigns through grassroots advocacy efforts.

Rachel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Policy Analysis and Planning, with a minor in Native American Studies, from the University of California, Davis.
