Mikayla joined the BlueGreen Alliance in November of 2022 as the Communications and Marketing Associate. 

She began her career at Hackwith Design House, and later transitioned to a position at the Minnesota House of Representatives.

Mikayla holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Macalester College in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
