Lee Geisse is the Senior State Policy Manager for the Labor Climate Project in Ohio.

Lee is a member of USW Local 1046, in Louisville, Ohio and a 24-year maintenance employee. She is Chairman of the ICD committee (Institute for Career Development), where they educate and advance our members interests.

Lee has a Bachelor’s degree from Kent State University, which she completed while working full time in the shop. Her parents were steelworkers and her grandparents were also union members.
