Jasmine Mossbarger joined the BlueGreen Alliance in July 2022, and serves as the organization’s Communications Manager. Her primary focus is to develop comprehensive communications strategies for federal and regional initiatives that pursue policies for clean manufacturing and a green economy. 

Prior to joining BlueGreen Alliance, Jasmine served in the U.S. Air Force Reserve in Active Duty status for nearly five years. She worked as an analyst for multiple agencies within the federal Intelligence Community on matters of national security. Jasmine continues to serve her country as commissioned officer in Traditional Reserve status with the rank of First Lieutenant.

Jasmine previously worked as a strategic communications specialist for Ogilvy, Inc., coordinating media relations campaigns and social media strategies for clients in the healthcare sector.

Jasmine is an alumna of George Washington University, class of 2015, with a Bachelor of Arts in English and a minor in Journalism. 

She is based in San Antonio, Texas.
