Caitlin serves as Development Manager for the BlueGreen Alliance. In this role she ensures that BGA has strong systems and helps drive state fundraising efforts. 

Caitlin most recently served as Development Coordinator for the Great Plains Institute, where she worked on multiple aspects of fundraising. Prior to transitioning to a career in development, Caitlin worked as a historian and researcher. 

Caitlin holds a PhD and MA in Apparel Studies from the University of Minnesota. She wrote her dissertation on women’s bicycling dress in the 19^th century. She earned her BA in English from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
