BlueGreen Alliance Names Eric Steen as New Executive Vice President
The BlueGreen Alliance (BGA) today announced Eric Steen as the organization’s new Executive Vice President (EVP) of Strategy and Impact.
Steen has been with BGA for 15 years, elevating the organization’s policy platform and vision through external communications. He most recently served as the organization’s Communications Director and has been a leader in environmental and labor non-profit public relations for two decades. Steen will now use his deep knowledge of the organization’s identity, messaging, and purpose to advance BGA from a broader perspective.
As EVP, Steen will increase and enhance BGA’s effectiveness and impact by setting organizational strategy and priorities, nurturing external partnerships, and leading the programmatic and communications functions of the organization. He will also act as a principal advisor to Executive Director Jason Walsh.
