The BlueGreen Alliance send a letter to members of the U.S. House in February 2011 urging members to vote “no” on a House Republican Continuing Resolution, saying that the CR would gut the Department of Energy’s Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Program, the Environmental Protection Agency’s ability to ensure that we have clean air and clean water, investments in transportation infrastructure, and vital worker health and safety programs and safeguards.
