President Joe Biden today signed an executive order directing government agencies to strengthen Buy American procurement policies to ensure that more goods and services used on federal projects are sourced from U.S. businesses and workers. In response, the BlueGreen Alliance release the following statement from Jason Walsh:

“Investments made with American tax dollars should support our workers at home, plain and simple. The executive order signed today will help ensure that when we make investments in federal fleets, buildings, infrastructure, and energy projects, that money is going to support American workers, rebuild American manufacturing, connect small businesses and communities with opportunity, and strengthen our economy here at home.”
